| - Man, I love this place. I've dragged everyone I know here.
It's in the Middle of Nowhere, Hazelwood, and in this little rundown looking building which turns out to be a house. The owner himself greets you and takes you into the windowless living room where there are picnic tables, stacks of wine glasses in the corner (help yourself if you remembered to BYO), and a piano. You will be seated and served a very heavy multicourse meal where the number of courses seems to vary slightly. However, I can promise that one will be noodle-based, probably with cabbage, one will be a meat stew, one will be a chicken soup, one will be a pita-like bread with a sauce to eat on it. It doesn't matter how many courses you are served, you will come away full as all-get out on delicious, heavy, buttered, carbed-out, meated-out old-school Hungarian cuisine. The plates and cups are foam and plastic. Just roll with it and enjoy one of the most unique dining experiences in the country.
