UPDATE: My main concern with this company was non-competitive pricing. However this company is very concerned about keeping their customers happy and maintaining a solid reputation. To covert me to a totally satisfied customer, they were willing to make good on the transaction by compensating me to provide their services at a fair and competitive rate for the neighborhood. They are more concerned with customer satisfaction than in profit margins. They did respond quickly to the service call and the intake agent was professional and responsive.
ORIGINAL POST: You would think that any company would be somewhat competitive for the area and not have to question pricing up front. Not so with this company. Their fee is easily 4 times higher than any other company in the neighborhood. They could not perform an emergency service on the weekend and set up the call for the Monday AM. They charged $200.00 for their "lowest grade" garage spring (all other companies charge between $20 and $45), $135 for a service call that took about 45 minutes (most other companies charge around $50 to $75 for a one hour service call), $20 for a trip charge (aren't all service calls inclusive of trip costs?)
