  • If there were negative stars available I would utilize them!!! Do not waste your time by taking your pets to this particular Banfield. My experience there was not too bad up until this location was sold back to corporate(which was recently). The office staff are uneducated when it comes to their policies. And after talking to the location manager regarding their policy of the wellness program, I was advised to speak with corporate to resolve my issue. I contacted their corporate office and spoke with their Customer Relations department which was no help either!! The agent pretty much advised they could not do anything regarding that office and the complaint would be escalated to their area manager with a resolution in 3-5 bus days. Well here we are at 3 weeks and no follow up call!!! And of course, now they will not honor my right to cancel due to the allotted "cancel period time" expiring since I was sitting around waiting to hear back from their area manager. The next time you basically feel like getting cheated out of your money, THEN I would recommend taking your pets there!!!!
