rev:text	It wasn't a bad place until I came in for an exchange(not a return). It was also within their 3 day grace period. I had played NHL 13 for over a year, but my disc broke, so I bought a used one from them. Never had a problem with unreadable disc(until mine cracked). This guy with a redish brown beard, ignored me when I came in, and was casually talking with someone. I waited. Then when I explained that when I was playing hockey it kept coming up as unreadable disc in the game. He said that it was a game glitch. No possibility of anything else. I tried to explain, that I had tried to install the game on my xbox360, so there was no way it could be an in-game glitch. What probably happened was someone gave them a deep cut disc, they repaired and made it look good, but there was a data loss in disc. He was very rude and condescending. Telling me he has played hockey since NHL 94, so he was right, and I couldn't exchange because of that without talking to a manger, and they were in the back. So I asked how long did he think it would be? He said, if you want to try and exchange this, maybe you should "learn" how to be patient! WHAT??? I said, my dog is in the car, it's hot out, that is why I asked. I called him an asshole and walked out. Not worth the 15$ exchange. I went to EB games, as always perfect service. Got another NHL 13, and guess what? Have played it for 2 days, and never had an unreadable disc error. Which was happening constantly with theirs. You want good customer service? Don't want to ripped off? Don't go to this shit hole owned by a pawn shop next door. Their greasy snaky practices obviously leak into there.
