  • When I sold my house, I was lucky enough to get to deal with Cleartitle. I had never sold a house before and really had no Idea what to except, other than what my friends had told me. My Real Estate Agent for some reason thought I should know what to do and what to expect. Even though I told her more than once that I really did not know and I had never sold a house before. Anyway all that was a tremendous amount of stress. Until it finally sold. I went to sign the papers at Cleartitle. My wonderful Agent Tiffanie Marrero guided me through everything. She told me exactly what to expect , she told me what each paper was for and where to sign, and as well as what it would mean to me. She was so incredibly helpful. I was so very grateful for Tiffanie. I know you do not always have a choice what company you can go to to get your house paperwork done. But, if you do have a choice this is the place to go. Hopefully you will also be able to request Tiffanie. Lots of parking in the front and the place is easy to find.
