I had gone in here with a friend that was buying a new car and she had a good all around experience with the dealership.
When it came time for me to change vehicles, I went to a few dealerships in the auto-mall that this dealership is located in since I was familiar with the area from tagging along on my friend's shopping and purchase visits.
I had a pretty stressful and frustrating time at the Mazda and Hyundai. It seemed that they were trying to milk me for more money than agreed on at the first and really didn't want my business at the second. So even though I wasn't really wanting a GM I went to Applewood Chevy out of sheer irritation with the other guys and to see what they could offer.
As it turned out, I got myself a brand new car there with very little stress. Tony P. from the "used vehicle" office assisted me and I have been very satisfied with my purchase. I went to him considering a gently used car due to price but with the good incentives they had on a year-end model it made more sense to buy new. I liked that Tony could help me with either and he was able to show me a number of cars before I made my decision.
My friend's salesperson in the "used vehicle" office was a woman (I think the only one, but I can't recall her name). She was really great too and I know that my friend did not regret her decision either.
