  • Do not use this airline. I know the prices are tempting but they cancelled the flight after 5 minutes into boarding. They provided no options or compensation. They had no new flights until 4 days later. You should only gamble on a cheap flight if you can easily adjust your plans for hotel and other reservations you may have. We had to wait over 3 hours at the gate just to get a refund. Then we all had to pay parking and take a hit for canceling hotel and show reservations at our destination. They gave no proof of the refund. I'll have to wait and see if that happens.
