I was not impressed with the customer service interaction during my first visit to Brandy Melville. All I wanted to know was whether the stock and price was same across Canada. The sales lady not only looked at me as if I was stupid, but she talked to me as if I was. She looked fed up and irritated that I was asking her a question or two. I don't think I'll go back if my first impression of the store was curt, unfriendly and condescending.
