  • We have had problems with our toad hookup while RVing. I followed the directions for preventing the battery on our Chevy Equinox from running down by pulling fuse 32, but it always died. They were unfamiliar with the problem and spent time researching it. It seems there are two fuses numbered 32, one under the hood and one inside the vehicle, but the manual doesn't mention it. Despite the time spent in research, there was no charge for the work. Of course they agreed to a minimal payment. Great customer service!!
