  • Walked in and rented a car on the spot. After being treated so poorly at Payless Car Rental, I took my aunt and mom who were in town visiting over to NU. Despite not having a reservation and having low volume on a busy Saturday afternoon they were able to get them into a nice full size Hyundai Sonata for $220 for the entire week. They even added on an additional driver for free. The gentleman behind the counter was very patient with my mom and aunt, who both have mobility issues, and took his time explaining everything. He even put their luggage in the trunk since they couldn't lift the suitcases AND offered the 3 of us bottled water. After a long flight and a horrible experience at Payless it was great to be treated like we matter. Thank you NU!
