We hired them to replace our entire roof 1 1/2 years ago. Their work was fine - nothing special, nothing terrible. Now it is leaking. I called to ask for someone to come out and honor the warrantee. The office staff is HORRIBLE - rude and condescending. They immediately warned me that if they can find any other reason for the leak they will charge a high "trip charge" and then would only give a FOUR HOUR time window since they don't want their employees "inconvenienced". I guess they don't mind that their customers are inconvenienced! The initial service was fine but the after the sale service is AWFUL! The office staff needs training on what customer service entails - heaven knows they are NOT the only roofing company around. "Crazy about quality" does NOT apply to their office staff.
