  • We have been going to this butcher shop since it was in The Elaine Plaza and it has maintained their high level of meats all these years. It is more expensive then grocery stores but the flavour and quality is amazing. Try the in house cooked roast beef sliced for sandwiches and you will never buy it anywhere else again. Also a great pairing is a corn farmer sells fresh corn in the parking lot next to the plaza which is GMO free and delicious.
