Good for basic stuff like tires and alignments.
Don't bother going there for a "cheap" oil change. Even if it's free. It will take over an hour and the only reason they give those coupons out is to lure you in there so they can try and sell you all sorts of frivolous service.
It's High Pressure sales to an EXTREME!
They WILL try to muscle you into all sorts of extras services and it's anyone's guess as to which are real and which are frivolous because you can't trust them.
I went there because I had a coupon for tires and an oil change. They typically will have you drop off your car then give you a call in about 40 minutes and try to HARD sell you on extras.
Now some of their recommendations are valid but many are not. And since you are not likely not a mechanic it's almost predatory the way they handle you on the phone. This is why Firestone, Goodyear, SEARS automotive, and the like are all terrible.
They are solely a "Sales" based outfit. NOT service.
Example:
If your alternator belt breaks, they'll replace the the belt AND the alternator even if just the belt that went bad.
They ARE good for tires and general things like oil changes, tune ups, alignments, etc, but be prepared to tell them NO to about 100 extras that they are going to try and cram down your throat.
