  • Conveniently located near Moon Valley High School on Cactus and 43rd Avenue. West Valley gets another El Pollo Loco! I ordered at the drive-through. Service was friendly and fast. I am so excited about their $5 deals. I enjoyed my Pollo Bowl with Mexican rice, marinated El Pollo Loco grilled chicken, pico de gallo, cilantro, beans with your choice of flour or corn tortillas and a medium drink. Their horchata is yum, yum, yum. I wolfed my meal down so fast I forgot to take a picture. My bad!
