rev:text	My friends and I were visiting Pittsburgh for a 30th birthday celebration and we were quoted over the phone for $130 a night. They never sent a confirmation and when we checked in they told us it would be $190 a night. Rosa at the front desk refused to give us the price we were quoted at. Then we asked to leave a key for a guest who was joining us and they did but when our other guest arrived they told her there was no key for her and refused to give it to her. We then had to leave where we were and come meet our friend to let her in the room. Also, within 24 hours our key stopped working 4 times and had to be reissued new keys. ALSO, the cleaning ladies had very loud conversations from 9am-when they were done cleaning both days we were there. Then after we checked out and our card was charged it was back to the original $190 a night price and we had to yet again call them and have it fixed. If you can avoid this place, please do. Also, avoid dealing with Rosa, very rude.
