I visit Helmutts every couple of weeks and rarely spend less than $50 on impulse toys and treats - they don't carry my dog's food.
today I popped in and spent $90. my dog was eagerly awaiting a treat, which has always been given. today the very nice woman explained they now have a 'no treat' policy - they were giving out too many.
it boggles my mind how stupid decisions like this are made. if the dog hadn't dragged me into the store anticipating his treat, I wouldn't have dropped $90.
now he has no reason to.
