Windsor has SUPER CUTE clothes, don't get me wrong. Their prices are somewhat reasonable and they often times have sales. However, I had a horrible customer service experience here and I don't feel like sitting on the phone with someone else connected to the company, because that would most likely frustrate me more. So here I am. Anyways, so yesterday I was online looking at one of my favorite YouTuber's Instagram posts and I really liked the shirt she was wearing. I looked in the description bar and saw it was from Windsor. I figured no problem, I'd just call them and see if they had it. So I called and the phone rang for about a minute before I got their voicemail. It says to leave a name and phone number because they were assisting other customers. I'm patient with retail workers (because I work in retail) so I know how it is. They said they'd give me a call back within 24hrs and that was fine by me. So this morning I wake up to a missed call and a voicemail, hoping for good news. The message says this: "This is _____ from Windsor. I just checked our stock and we do have that item in all sizes." This should have been the end of the call. But no, this is the rest of it: "um, normally we don't do this and call you back, but we were slow so I figured I would. Thanks have a great day." Well... It says on your answering machine that you guys would call me back... So you kinda should "normally" do that. I wasn't that irritated at that point because maybe this chick was just having a bad day or something. I get to the store a couple hours later and find the top. Guess where it is. Right next to the register, where the phone is. She acted like it was going to kill her to glance over and look at where that shirt was. I will definitely be shopping online from now on or not at all at this store.
