So you have a brand new $80,000 2016 Corvette Stingray. The panels in the new cars are so tight it is virtually impossible to get anything larger than a credit card in the seams in-between panels. You want to run wires from the rearview mirror to a hot ignition source to mount your $600 radar detector. Has to look like a factory installation and has to be a very clean instal. So at this point you are realizing how much you got invested so right now cost is no object for perfection.
Have to say... Soundwerks did the job in a most fastidious fashion. The only way I knew there was an instal was the necessary pigtail coming out exactly where I needed it. My Corvette... exactly as clean as I left it. The cost was only $75.00 for two hours of work. Dealer initial quote was over $300.
The unique thing I learned about sitting there for 2 hours was that each customer was a treasure to them. They were honest and very upfront and their knowledge... outstanding.
I learned that whatever is wrong with your stereo, be it a mother-board, touch screen, blown speakers or even a challenging wire run. They are there for you at a cost that is much less than any dealer. Soundwerks in Scottsdale... very well worth the extra drive.
