  • I'm surprised by all the poor reviews here! Called Monday afternoon to provide payment and shipping info for the script that my vet had called in late Friday. Although wait times to get someone on the phone are a little long (waited about 10 minutes both times I called), the staff are very helpful once on the phone. So info was provided Monday afternoon, and my cats medication arrived two days later! Very pleased with how quickly the order was processed and shipped. They even included a free kitty toy, though I chose not to give it to my kitties given that it had a warning on it regarding cancer causing chemicals. The thought was appreciated though!
