  • Today I called Visionworks to discuss issues with my glasses cracking after less than a year worth of use . The male rep working there on "Father's Day 2018" was asked a simple question. The question was due to their glasses have issues with cracking since this was the 3rd time in a year this issue has occurred . The rep wanted to over talk me and to say that this is my issue since the Warrenty has expired and I need to consider how I treat my glasses when I'm not wearing them. I have had 3 set of $500 per pair glasses from VW over the past year and they continue to crack . I am sure it an inferior process used to make them and based on the issue and attitude of the male rep working at the Carolina Place mall on Father's day 2018 . I will never purchase another pair of glasses from them. Poor quality and poor customer service !!
