This is the worst managed "spa" that I've ever seen. They make their money by twisting "policies" to extract every cent they can from customers. The owner, Jim, is an egotistical, incompetent, bully who can't find the courage to speak on a phone to customers to resolve disputes because he is really a coward who would rather hide behind his email and spew disgusting, insensitive, and disrespectful comments to dissatisfied customers on Yelp.
Do the world a favor and do not support this business and especially this owner with even a dime...

The "retaliation" is directed towards you; not your staff. I feel bad for your staff, you hide behind them and also put them in uncomfortable situations, further demonstrating your lack of respect for other people.
