  • One of the all time WORST customer experiences had in this shop today. The sales people here have always been uppity, but today they had absolutely NO regard for attentive or polite customer care. Why the continual icy cold experience here? Is it because I'm under 40 and wore comfortable jeans and flip flops to shop? Do I need a big sign stating that I make six figures and actually have money to spend? Do I need to be a bored, botoxed, cow with a Real Housewives of Summerlin club card??? Geezus. I would have loved to have spent more of my hard earned money on beautiful, over-priced home furnishings, but I just refuse to be treated like I don't exist. Instead of buying several home decor/furniture items, I chose to only purchase the one bedding item I could carry to the register and get the hell out. I was rang up by one of the most sour bitches alive. Yikes! I hate trying to find a sales lady, only to be ignored or given some short, curt answer to my shopping questions. Definitely will NOT be back. Time to find local shops staffed by people who actually care about customer service and satisfaction. This was beyond awful.
