  • Hats off to great service from top to bottom. I recently has a service issue where my transmission went out on my car and I was outside of my warranty. This was Saturday Sept. 3rd (yes Labor Day Weekend) I took my car to Gastonia Nissan and dealt with a Will in the service department. Will immediately put me in a rental car and promised to give me a call on Monday (Labor Day). I then got a call within the hour from the wonderful, professional Selena with their Sales staff who got me set up for a Sales manager (Ernest) and their trainee (Denis). Long and short, the entire staff got me squared away and out the door driving a new car. Way to deliver Gastonia Nissan!!!! Joc, your staff is 5 star!!!!!!
