I purchased their Groupon and have just completed my 6th visit. It's hit and miss with the staff - a few, including the owner, have a bit of an attitude. Two of my 5 techs have been nice and professional, the others ....not so much. The owner shared that he "gave away" these treatments and is now surprised at how busy they are, but they aren't making any money. One young tech commented, during my treatment, how disappointed she's been that most people don't tip her! Geez, guilt trip/begging? They need to work on their people skills.
The actual treatments seem to work, so far. I'll be interested to see what the long-term results are.
