  • I've been to Java House a few times in the past, but usually just to drink. This time I figured I'd try out their pad thai since I'm a huge fan of that dish. Honestly, it's not bad at all. It'll never be mistaken for top-notch, authentic pad thai, but it's certainly quite tasty and the price ($8.50) can't be beat. I've had pad thai at almost double the price at other restaurants and this was far tastier than those offerings. I also tried their $3 mimosa and was similarly impressed by that.
