  • The team at Morgan Taylor are phenomenal. Mike and Dan took care of us from the moment we walked in the door after being recommended to stop by and check out the store. Shopping for an engagement ring is no easy business, but these guys take the cake. I had been planning the ring for about 6 months prior secretively acquiring family stones from my family and the bride-to-be's family. I wanted to create something special that existed no where else - a design that embodied my love and our future together. Beginning my search in San Francisco with appraisals from boutique jewelers led to prices that were 3-4 times more expensive than what Mike and Dan came up with. When we agreed on a price to make the custom piece, I was shocked at how honest the process was and the care with which they treated me. What sets this jeweler apart is their dedication to customer service and excellence. Dan worked for the next month we me on numerous designs until I was completely satisfied with what the ring would look like, all while I was living in San Francisco! Once I gave the green light, the ring was done in less than a week and shipped overnight to my office. Dan has continued to uphold nothing short of incredible customer commitment making sure we were 100% satisfied with the work and the piece. When the ring didn't fit quite right, he went out of his way to make sure we had temporary fixes until we could stop by the store again make a small modification. I would recommend this great team and stellar jeweler to anyone looking for the best of the best. They are more than capable and you won't be disappointed.
