  • Brought my Sentra here for an oil change after buying the car from this dealership. My service was automatically scheduled when I purchased the car but it didn't work for my schedule. When I called to reschedule the appointment I was told it would take no more than 40 minutes. When I showed up for my appointment I was questioned why I was there and was asked to prove that I had an appointment with an email confirmation. Once I showed my confirmation the service agent (Phil) took my keys and said it would be over an hour. When I said I couldn't wait that long and that I was told it would take less time, his response was, "well I didn't tell you that". He handed me my keys back and made no attempt to solve the problem or reschedule the appointment. It's clear they had no interest in doing business with me. I will not be bringing my car back here again.
