  • Very luxurious hotel, and it's so pretty from the outside. Booked a double queen room with a strip view, and got a AAA membership discount. The view from our room on the 38th floor was breathtaking. Room service was excellent (we asked for towels and extra lotion/soap) and they came within 5 minutes. My only complaint is that the lobby is hard to navigate. The check-in lobby, parking garage, and the guest room elevators are all on different parts of the hotel and it got tiring to walk around.
