Sales experience perfect.
Service experience bad to worse.
Skipped over problems, didn't solve.
I burned 3 vacation days trying to get my car fixed.
To schedule service, you get a call center, not the actual service department at this dealership.
I had to call the General Manager of the dealership twice about the service department, here his son runs the service department, very poorly in my opinion.
Their car wash was down, so instead of them taking my car to their sister dealership down the road, they told me to take the car there. In my opinion you shirked your responsibility.
Advice......don't let untrained kids run your business.
