  • Absolutely do not bring your clothes to this establishment!!! I brought my dress shirts to this store and two days later I picked them up and there were two holes in the same spot on both of the shirts. I explained to more than one person that the holes obviously were not there beforehand and that somehow during the cleaning process they were punctured. Also, the shirts were in practically the same uncleaned condition that they were in before I brought them there. I spoke to two different people before receiving the runaround about speaking to a manager who was supposed to call me back but never did, even after leaving two messages. Steer clear of Flair Cleaners and this location in particular!!!
