  • I love Chase, but this branch is terrible. They are extremely slow. I waited for a notary for over an hour and was only greeted once, and that was after 37 minutes, and only to tell me I would have to wait longer because there is only one notary at this location. I've never waited more than 5-10 minutes at any other branch... Ever ! If you are doing more than using an ATM, go to another branch. I should have left 15 minutes after waiting and went somewhere else, but I didn't realize how long I had been waiting till the lady came and greeted me... After 37 minutes. Won't be back to this location.
