  • Vic called to tell me if it was ok to arrive earlier than the time window quoted me. Given that my water heater needed to be replaced I welcomed the early arrival. My water heater was under warranty but I never registered it. When Vic arrived he informed me that he had registered my water heater for me so I could get a water heater replacement for free. Vic saved me lots of money. When he came back with the replacement, the water heater was damaged. No problem, he called the manufacturer and was able to get authorization again for another replacement water heater. I cant say enough about Vics professionalism and willingness to get the job done right even when it meant calling the manufacturer and making several trips to the hardware store. I definitely will give them all my plumbing repair business.
