  • First off, the service was excellent. All my encounters with staff was exceptional, friendly, helpful, whether front desk, bartenders, wait staff, valet, etc. Secondly, for hotel food, the restaurant and bar serves very good grub. Minus one star for two reasons: 1) the elevators click and clang like a cable is about to snap, disconcerting; and 2) the smoke detector in the room has a blinking green light that is annoying as hell. I called down to front desk hoping that it was in need of a new battery. Nope. The little bastard is suppose to flash on and off. It does its job exceedingly well. All night long. As if at a rave. The room and hotel itself is clean and comfortable. Recommend!
