  • Home buying process was smooth. Cassie is great. Home Gallary/Picking out your details are so much fun and they had a lot of options. I wish it were more clear the cost of various options but they were happy to price check everything we pulled off the shelves. If you have a home care issue I recommend immediately escalating it to a supervisor. Kelly is actually quite good and a caring supervisor, but the regular technican Maribel could not possibly care any less about your issue and will lie to your face and in text about having appointments when you don't, not following up on what she says she will follow up on, and unless you constantly push her she wont even attempt to schedule appointments. All in all I am happy to live in my home even after a very irritating leak issue after the house was built. Kelly tried hard to make it right.
