This was one of my favorite stores until Now that I'm having a horrible experience with their shipping which I had to use thru their in store kiosk. I ordered his and hers wedding bands 2.5 weeks before our wedding because the jewelry department didn't have our size available. They guaranteed that our shipment would be here on 2/25 the latest. A whole week goes by and our order still shows "in fulfillment". So I call them and they assure my rings will be here on time. It's now the 27th and the rings still show "in transit" across the country. I called again today and explained that I already had to reschedule my flight for our wedding because the rings are not here. All they could offer was a "sorry for the inconvenience" and they filed a lost item claim which will take 3-4 weeks. Now I will have a wedding with no rings thanks to their incompetence. I won't even be able to get a refund for about a month so I can't go out and get new ones. Thanks a lot kohls for ruining my wedding and making me spend hundreds of dollars in plane cancellation fees. I will make sure to tell my story to everyone I know and post it on every social media outlet so no one can get scammed by you again.
