  • I went with high expectations and was very dissapointed. I hate giving only 2 stars because the massage was a 10, thanks to Mary. I don't plan on going back because I couldn't relax. When you walk in there are several rows of chairs and the were all occupied. I would think those customers were probably for head and scalp message only. I was escorted to the rear and my massage was in a cubicle, adjacent to the Employee Only area. The conversations around my spot was a definite downer. This was the real shocker though: I wasn't in an enclosed area, one "wall" was incomplete with at least a third of open area, visible to anyone walking by. So between the noise and lack of privacy, I won't be returning. Too bad because the massage was great as well as the reasonable prices.
