  • Sat in the waiting room about 3 hours. Said they would waive my office visit copay for the inconvenience. On next appointment I get a call saying pay for prior co-pay and for coming appointment. CASH only. Really? I don't even use checks. First appointment she confirmed to continue existing medication regimen with her prescribed addition. She said to just call when it was needed to be refilled. When we ran out and needed it to be filled, she refused to write the script as she had not diagnosed the patient herself yet. I then have to worry about withdrawal, seizures, and probable hospitalization for my kid! Unbelievable.
