  • I am writing to you about the newest location on Maryland Pkwy. I was not really thrilled to try a new dentist since I have been going to the same office for many years, but since this office was new and that means "new equipment" it motivated me to give it a try. I walked in made the appointment for the very next day which was nice. I arrived, filled out minimal paperwork and waited in a rather posh reception area, before Andrew came out to get me and proceeded to take my x-rays on a very high tech machine. Andrew was very personable and sincere, making my experience of tedious x-rays go by very quickly. I was next introduced to Alyssa who assisted Andrew and took me to see Tiffany, my hygienist. Tiffany was very articulate yet gental all at the same time, she constantly checked in with me to see how I was feeling during my cleaning. Finally, the dentist came in, I forgot his name, but not his CHARM! He had a GREAT personality, all this and a free whitening kit! Hey you can't beat it!
