| - After number of attempt of finding a good hair salon that know how to cut Asians' hair ... I have found this place
It is located in a run down strip mall ...a mom&pop type of shop, don't expect fancy decor or they would serve you tea like those high end salon ... but hey, if they know how to cut and color your hair, who care... I am there to have my hair look pretty ... I can go to starbucks to get my own tea, right ?
I went for coloring ... and I liked it. The color is subtle, but yet nice, just what I wanted. And the product they used are actually pretty good quality, the color came out shiny and nice. Last time I spent over hundred to color my hair, the color came out dull .....
What more ... you can just tell the owner really pay attention to each customer . He would double check his work and make sure the customer is happy with the hair cut and all. While I was there, I saw couple guys walk-in, oh man, these guys look so different once their hair was fixed by Vinnie ... in a very good way (and I saw the menu it's only $12 for men cut !! woww)
And for $45 to color my hair ?!?! Seriously ... that's all ? I normally spent at least double of that.
The only drawback of this place is the location, and that you feel like an outsider if you don't speak vietnamese ... (but hey I don't mind being an outsider if they can get my hair pretty ;)
