  • Lousy lousy customer service skills in their employees here. Placed an online order and asked to pick up at customer service desk instead it was at pro services desk. Normally wan not be a big deal but after having a broken leg prior months before it can be hard to walk the extra distance. No-one says hello and walk pass you like they don't care. It's a shame as Home Depot has some great stuff but employees let down this store by their bad service.
