  • Numerous staff, all the way up to the owner, don't know how to use email. Will schedule you for service, then forget they scheduled you- but just come back next week, because screw your job. Above all else, they're listed on USAA to provide certain discounts and try not to honor them, which is legally fraud. Save yourself the increase of blood pressure and AVOID.
