  • Great people and employees, I didn't have any problems with customer service, but I can't give a good review because my glasses still haven't been delivered to them, and it's been 2 and a half weeks. They said that my glasses shouldn't take more than a week, and yet they have. I called today and they're still "in process" at the lab - not even delivered yet! Good people, but if you want glasses in a timely manner then stay away!
