Walk in, no receptionist. Go outside and manage to grab the attention of an employee who walks in and has no idea what he's talking about or even the prices of the tinting options. He then says, "can you just wait for her?" Politely we say yes, we've been still sitting here for the past 10 minutes with no clue what's going on. Then the clueless employee walks back in and asks us for our keys, give him the keys and still sitting here. Waiting. Slow service.
