  • The location of Capri is great but overall the complex itself is awful. They charge you for whatever they can. I was a resident for 3 years even after a fire destroyed my apartment and they did nothing to help, and yet I still remained loyal to them (due to location). My move out charges were $400! I can understand being charged for the remainder of the electricity, gas, etc. costs for the month that I lived there but charging me to replace their carpets with an additional cleaning charge on top of that? I lived in my last unit for about a year and I left the place very clean - I didn't have any pets to yuck up the carpets. Also, parking was awful and the fire alarms were triggered and woke me up so many times a month that I lost count. Such a shame.
