  • Can't speak to their cleaning as they never showed up. Scheduled this service via Amazon two weeks ago. Received a confirmation and then another two days ago with with a time frame if 11 to 2. Waited for the cleaning crew. No contact. Finally at 2:10 received an email from Amazon that the cleaning company canceled. No reason given. This was scheduled and confirmed. I have company coming into town on Saturday and I am 39 weeks pregnant. Needless to say, I was looking forward to having someone else clean in prep for my guests and baby. I have contacted Amazon and have been told they will be removed from provider list.
