  • So L&S Air Conditioning called me this morning asking to send their senior technician to my house to see if they could look at the unit AGAIN. I told them that they were STRICTLY PROHIBITED from my property and that I would contact my home warranty company. They called me 5 times in one hour and asked the same thing each time, I told her under no circumstances were they allowed on my property or to touch my unit, the same woman said OK all 5 times. 2 hours after the last call I received a technician from L&S in an unmarked work truck showed up at my house, didn't knock or announce himself, trespassed and went on my roof and stole my AC compressor from the unit. They've admitted they sent him despite my refusing service. This all happened this morning, when I had scheduled for a different company to come and confirm that the compressor they installed was used and defective. How convenient. Moral of the story, DON'T USE L&S AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING. My home warranty company forced me to use them and I have had nothing but problems for 6 months... and NOW THIS.
