  • I walked in to just get information about the process and walked out about 30 minutes later approved for a card. The process was easy and the Dr. was great. The office staff was great and knowledgeable about my concerns. Bring cash, that's the only negative about the process. They only take credit cards for part of the fees, the rest has to be cash due to the banks not allowing any charge for a federally illegal service/product. The ATM in the waiting area was out of order. What are you waiting for? Go get your card!!
