  • We recently bought a condo in the West Valley. It has wall to wall tile flooring so we were in need of some sound deadening and a splash of color to decorate our new living space. Finding area rugs became a necessity to complete the decor. After visiting a number of stores, we discovered the ARC website and then visited the Tempe store. Ed, the manager, greeted us and provided run of the house to comb through his vast selection of merchandise. An hour later we narrowed our choices and purchased a pair of beautifully distinct area rugs. Ed was more than helpful and he allowed us to roam the store undisturbed. If you cannot find a quality rug at a great price at this company store, it most likely doesn't exist. Then again, Ed will probably find the unicorn that you seek while adding a cheerful smile !
