  • I've lived here since June. I never we had any problems until the new management showed. They don't care about tenants. They've done some remodeling which is fine, but gave no courtesy notice to residents. The other day I came home and my door was painted over. I had my dog with me and could just go somewhere and hangout until the paint dried. I had to peel their tape off just to get in. I also got threatened with eviction last month for owing $60 due to an error with their app!!! Before or since then I have paid every bill on time. Mind you this wasn't months past due. $60 was past due only a month. Seriously??!? We finally got notice for some work they were doing, the work is on Dec 12th, the notice given on...Dec 12th. What's the point? It's been said on other reviews. Find someplace else. Same price with better management.
