  • The management and security are a joke for either of the positions they hold. Management has no interest in resolving the problems the place has and has no confidence in the security of property or it's residents. The security themselves (the 70-some-year-old grumpy man specifically) do nothing to secure this place. The are more of parking patrol trying to scam the residents for HOA fines and whatever deal they have with this Ashley's Towing Company. After I brought up a vehicle that was parked in an open position for over a month, in a parking lot that has serious problems with availability as is, I was targetted and harassed by security. They marked my car for leaking anti-freeze and threatened to tow it. The thing is though, THERE'S NOT ANY FLUID LEAKING FROM THE CAR!!!!!!!!! and I have proof, so lets see if they tow me, cause they aren't gonna be very happy when I go over the head of these employees that are not doing their job properly and are attempting to fraudulently cause damages to me by threating to tow my vehicle. Please save yourself the headache, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! bad management, and a nazi HOA that is EXTREMELY unprofessional. Debbie needs to be fired, Jules needs to be fired. They do not promote a safe or fair environment for the residents of this place. And the lady is right, don't live here with kids, these people seem to hate them...
